The Society and the Bruno Morawetz Speaker Sponsorship Program will be identified in the event literature and at the presentation as sponsor of the speaker/leader and, if possible, a Fellow of the Society will do the formal introduction.

Documentation (the paper, handouts, audiotape, DVD and/or videotape) must be sent to the Society immediately after the event for inclusion in the Trent University Archives. The deadline for receiving the documentation is the end of the calendar year of the sponsored event, after which the Society's funding for the event will be withdrawn.

Procedure
The deadline for receiving requests is December 31st, 2010 for 2011 events.

A committee appointed by the Board of the Society of Camp Directors will review all requests for sponsorship and determine the allocation of funds by the middle of January 2008.
