The next SCD dinner is Thursday, April 15th at 6pm at Rosedale Golf Club. We have planned an exciting evening! Our speaker is Annemarie Shrouder of B.E.E. (Building Equitable Environments).

As the Founder and President of B.E.E., Annemarie Shrouder is excited by the human potential and growth possibilites for organizations that embrace equitable and inclusive environments. Annemarie has the education and work experience that is required to build and sustain diversity solutions. Annemarie founded B.E.E. in 2004 - driven and excited by the possibilities and successes that diversity, equity and inclusion can provide businesses. Annemarie has a Masters Degree in equity Studies from OISE/University of Toronto. She has co-authored a book (The School that Equity Built), a policy on introducing sensitive issues in the classroom for the Peel District School Board, and has written a Diversity Strategy for the Canadian Diabetes Association. She also has a background in education. An expert in her field, Annemarie is often called upon to contribute articles on the issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
